Nomad Health is on a mission to remove every obstacle between providers and the patients they care for. The goal is to create a self-service digital marketplace for healthcare jobs, and help clinicians discover rewarding opportunities without the pain points of using a traditional recruiter. And in 2023, they visually reinvented themselves with their incredible in-house marketing + design teams, from the ground-up.

Where care sparks progress.

The wildly talented internal team at Nomad Health was hard at work creating a shiny new logo, bright color palette, robust design system, and approachable illustrations (with a ton of research, planning, and strategy to back it up). Not only that, but it all had to be executed with a huge team lift, in a short time frame. Some fresh photo + video storytelling creative was exactly the prescription to bring it all home. Enter: the Handcar Lab.
